Donkey Konga (1 JPN)
Nintendo Gamecube (JPN)
4 Player
Donkey Konga is fun! It sounds silly and looks silly, but when you sit down and play you can’t help but smile! Thanks Nintendo for making such a great game and bringing home to our living rooms! Simplistic and easy to get into, it was especially fun when played with up to four people. The game comes with one set of Donkey Konga drums. The player must hit the drums (with either or both of their hands) and clap (the sound of which is detected by a microphone built in the controller) in time with the music. The game was made by Namco who made the very popular in Japan Taiko no Tatsujin drum games.
The Japanese, European, and American versions all have different song track lists. All with an amount of just over 30 songs. So it is worth buying the different versions. What is great about the Japanese version, besides the songs being awesome, is that Artists in Japan aren’t as greedy as they are in America so the songs in the Japanese version are the real singers, not cover bands!
If you were like me and bought both the Japanese version as well as the American versions, you would end up with 2 Donkey Konga drums allows all kinds of multiplayer fun!
